Our team
Stathis
Stathis is the founder of Your Health Your Way and has a strong passion for rehabilitation and pain management. He’s committed to helping clients take an active role in their health, empowering them with the skills and confidence to manage their wellbeing and maintain independence.
He graduated from Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, and has a special interest in geriatric rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, orthopaedics, and musculoskeletal injuries.
Outside of work, Stathis enjoys spending time with his family, playing waterpolo, going to the gym, and travelling.

Peter
Physiotherapist
Peter has a strong passion for helping people regain independence and improve their daily function through personalised rehabilitation. He believes that physiotherapy should be goal-driven and empowering, tailoring every program to suit each individual’s needs and lifestyle.
He graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, and works across a broad range of areas including post-surgical recovery, pain management, and strength and balance training.
Peter finds it incredibly rewarding to see his patients progress and regain confidence throughout their journey.
Outside of work, Peter enjoys training at the gym and staying active, believing that maintaining strength and fitness is key to both physical and mental wellbeing.
Physiotherapist
Stella is passionate about supporting older adults to stay active, independent, and engaged in their daily lives. She combines manual therapy with tailored strengthening and balance exercises to help her clients achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes.
She graduated from Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, and has special interests in orthopaedic and neurological rehabilitation, musculoskeletal injuries, and Pilates-based exercise.
Outside of physiotherapy, Stella enjoys running, Pilates, coastal walks, and spending time with family and friends.

Jacob is a dedicated physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people improve their function, build confidence, and regain independence through personalised rehabilitation. He takes a goal-driven approach to physiotherapy, working closely with each client to develop tailored programs that support their individual needs, lifestyle, and long-term wellbeing.
He graduated from Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and has strong interests in neurological and orthopaedic rehabilitation, as well as the management of musculoskeletal injuries. Jacob enjoys working with a wide range of clients and believes that empowering people through education and active participation is key to achieving meaningful and lasting outcomes.
Outside of work, Jacob enjoys running, playing basketball and going to the beach. Jacob values staying active as an important part of both physical and mental wellbeing.
